Post job opportunities for Duke students, and apply to participate in the Federal Work-Study program.

Work study is a part of a student's financial aid package so work study will not be reflected until the FA offices award it (may not be until late June). This means that although you may POST positions for AY26/27, you should hold off on HIRING students within JobX for summer 2 '26, fall '26, &/or spring '27 at this time. If you try to hire a student before the financial aid package is awarded, JobX will not reflect that the student has work-study funding. Please refrain from hiring students until then so that work study awards can be accurately reflected. Hiring before an award is showing will result in having to hire the student again if work study is awarded later.
