The successful candidate will have prior experience conducting qualitative or quantitative research projects. Specific training in fields such as program evaluation, are preferred. The student should have an interest in assessment, including conducting user research (e.g., interviews, focus groups, surveys, usability studies, web analytics), and reporting on findings from studies. Student must have excellent writing and editing skills, the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects, and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. An interest in libraries and community engagement is a plus. |
