Assistant needed to work on data curation and user support for online repository. The repository, MorphoSource, is a world renowned, unique resource for preserving and sharing 3D renderings of museum specimens for research and education. Chosen candidate will learn about digital data preservation, data sharing, museum record curation, and user task delegation. Chosen candidate will work with a team of website developers and administrators. Very good experience for data science majors, biology majors, anthropology majors, as well as anyone anticipating becoming a natural sciences researcher. The position requires a commitment of 6-10 hrs/wk. The candidate must be able to train in person, then the selected candidate must demonstrate proficiency while working remotely. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to excel candidates. Only for students who can continue this position into the spring semester.
