Job Description |
Summary: The Graduate Student Assistant will support strategic projects and initiatives that advance student well-being across the university. Working closely with Student Well-Being leadership, this position will contribute to the assessment, implementation, and continuous improvement of tools, technologies, processes, and systems that enhance student support services and well-being outcomes. |

Job Requirements |
Key responsibilities include: - Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic student well-being projects and initiatives.
- Collaborating with Student Well-Being leadership to assess, implement, and optimize tools, technologies, processes, and systems that support student success and well-being.
- Participating in outreach efforts and student engagement activities designed to promote well-being resources and programs.
- Developing educational materials, resources, and communications that increase student awareness of well-being services and healthy practices.
- Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts to inform decision-making, assess program effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contributing to process improvement, policy development, and compliance initiatives through participation in cross-functional projects, working groups, and committees.
- Assisting with special projects and other duties related to student well-being as assigned.
