Dates: May 18 – June 26 Location: UNC Asheville (residential requirement) Compensation: Room, board, and a $7,000 stipend The Office of University Scholars and Fellows is seeking a motivated and responsible graduate student to serve as the on-site coordinator for a six-week undergraduate internship program in Asheville, NC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring students, building community, and managing program logistics in a residential setting. About the ProgramEleven undergraduate participants will be living on campus at UNC Asheville while completing full-time internships at local organizations Monday through Friday. The graduate coordinator will live alongside the students in campus housing and serve as their primary point of support throughout the program. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the on-call residential contact for the 11 undergraduates. Plan and lead weekly programs, excursions, or community-building activities. Assist with basic logistical needs, communication, and coordination with campus partners. Model professionalism and help students navigate challenges that arise during their internship experience.
