1. Grading three written papers, which will require subjective assessment on the part of the TA of argument quality, analysis, and presentation: 1.a. A “strategy in fiction” essay in which students discuss and assess characters’ strategic choices in a work of fiction 1.b. A response essay diving deeper into the subject matter of one lecture (a case study in strategy) 1.c. A book review which links a work of history to a contemporary application 2. Attend lectures from 3:05pm to 4:20pm on Mondays and Wednesdays (in SB 04) with regularity 3. Meet with students to discuss course materials and assignments on an ad hoc basis (i.e. no required set office hours, rather on a by-appointment basis) 4. Other tasks in support of class logistics and objectives as required (e.g. meetings with the faculty instructor) |
