Job Description

Duke Quantum Center faculty member Prof. Edwards is searching for a creative student to join her group and contribute to a project that seeks to demystify quantum research for youth audiences. This position will help edit video content for a series of 10-12 short episodes on laboratory quantum science. Student will be responsible for editing raw video and audio content, in collaboration with project leads.

Estimated timeframe is March - September 2026.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve, as well as Audio editing software. Candidates must be able to work in production environments without the use of generative AI.

Student will also be expected to attend weekly project meetings and contribute to supporting materials for the project.
