Required: · strong writing skills and attention to detail · strong editing and proofreading skills · strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with other research assistants as needed · excellent written and oral communication skills · proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel · self-starter and ability to work independently under minimal supervision · willingness to acquire new skills Strongly preferred: · skills in research design and data analysis acquired via coursework or previous research experience · experience designing surveys using Qualtrics · for quantitative analysis, experience with R and Python · for qualitative analysis, experience doing interviews and coding results with NVivo · proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Tableau |
