Dr. Patty Van Cappellen is seeking a part-time (~5 hours/week) social media manager to manage the social media accounts (and potentially websites) of the Interdisciplinary Behavioral Research Center (IBRC) and Belief, Affect, and Behavior Lab (BABLab). Potential responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to: - Synthesizing goals, methods, and findings of published studies into language fitting a general/public audience
- Consistently posting content to Facebook/Instagram (1-2x per week), including boosted study advertisements
- Generating ideas for content to be posted to lab/center social media and websites
- Creating eye-catching participant and researcher recruitment materials for the IBRC using Canva or other preferred graphic design software
- Assisting in updating IBRC website, hosted on WordPress
