We are seeking a master’s student in Public Policy (or related field) to serve as a Graduate Research Assistant focused on research synthesis, equity considerations, and instructional policy relevance. Key Responsibilities - Conduct and synthesize research on early literacy, family engagement, and multilingual education
- Develop annotated bibliographies and short evidence briefs
- Translate research findings into implications for instructional design, equity, and implementation
- Support research-to-design decision-making through memos and summaries
- Participate in weekly synthesis check-ins with the project team
Ideal Candidate - Enrolled in a master’s program in public policy, education policy, or related field
- Strong research, synthesis, and analytical writing skills
- Interest in education equity, family engagement, or multilingual learners
- Comfortable working with academic research and applied policy questions
