Position Overview:We are seeking three student surveyors proficient in Spanish (preferably familiar with Puerto Rican Spanish) to conduct phone surveys with community members in Puerto Rico. This research is part of the broader Food, Energy, and Water (FEW) Nexus project, which examines how households in Puerto Rico experience energy insecurity and its relationship to access to food, water, and both physical and mental health. Each survey will take between 30–45 minutes to complete. Surveyors will contribute to a multidisciplinary research team advancing knowledge on community resilience and wellbeing in Puerto Rico. Key Responsibilities:· Conduct phone surveys with community members in Puerto Rico, following established research protocols. · Accurately record survey responses in designated data collection systems. · Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when working with sensitive information. · Communicate regularly with the research team about progress, challenges, and findings. · Participate in project meetings and training sessions as required. |
