Job Description |
The Fuqua Client Consulting Practicum (FCCP), is an experiential learning course at Fuqua that gives MBA and MMS students the opportunity to apply classroom learning in real-world consulting projects with companies in the US and around the globe. Operating this unique program requires coordinating project logistics, maintaining program systems, and creating engaging communications for students, clients, and partners. We are seeking an organized and motivated undergraduate student to help provide administrative support during the academic year. |
Job Requirements |
The student will support Experiential Learning program team with administrative and communication tasks, that may include: - Platform Maintenance & Updates: Uploading materials, cleaning up files, editing dates, validating links, and adding users to Canvas and EduSourced. (Instructions on these platforms provided!)
- Marketing Collateral Support: Creating Canva promotions, signage, brochures, email copy, and curating quotes/photos for FCCP use.
- Client Contact Maintenance: Entering and updating client lists and records, assisting with imports.
- FCCP Session Logistics: Supporting communications, attendance tracking, and set-up for program events.
- Survey Coordination: Assisting with survey deployment, reminders, and results tracking.
- Project Data Entry: Compiling project summaries, quotes, photos, and content ideas; supporting project archiving.
- Website/WordPress Updates: Assisting with edits to FCCP site content and images (instruction provided).
- General Office Support / Special Projects: Document formatting, File clean-up, supporting team logistics, and other ad hoc tasks.
- Directed Research tasks as needed
It would be ideal if the student could work at Fuqua one day per week for ~4 hours (day to be determined by student schedule). Additional hours may be worked remotely, with schedule flexibility, if desired. |
