Troubleshoot user issues with AV systems and instructional technology, often under time constraints (i.e. at the start of class/meeting) Mobile Zoom Cart movement as needed Perform routine maintenance of classroom AV systems Assist OIT-AV staff with AV installations Attend periodic student employee meetings and other trainings as assigned.
