The Bolch Judicial Institute of Duke Law School is hiring a student assistant (work study welcome) to support its programming and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will be available to work 8-12 hours per week remotely, with occasional in-person meetings at Duke Law School. The Civics Program Assistant will help promote public understanding of the judiciary, the rule of law, democracy, and American government by assisting with video production, podcasts, blog posts, social media campaigns, email/newsletter marketing, and other content marketing projects. Requires familiarity with social media, video editing tools, and writing experience (please provide writing samples that showcase long- and short-form writing). WordPress, Canva, Adobe experience a plus.
