PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.** Students applying for a graduate assistant position are not guaranteed placement into a graduate assistant position. Students applying for a graduate assistant position should meet the following eligibility requirements: • Be in good academic and professional standing within the OTD program. • Be responsive to emails and eager to work. • Possess a desire and reasonable skills to perform the expectations outlined in the table below. • Demonstrate financial need, based on FAFSA. This position is only for graduate students enrolled in the OTD program. Graduate Assistants (GA’s) support the staff and program in the areas of admissions, communications and media, and technology. All GA's will be trained and may be called on to: - Host prospective student tours
- Support admissions events (info sessions, app workshops, Open House, interviews, tabling events, etc.)
- Provide technical support for Zoom sessions
- Support onboarding efforts and Orientation
- Help create and distribute "The Week Ahead" weekly email
- Contribute to and monitor program social media postings
- Help compile and publish "nOTes," the OTD Newsletter
- Support management of course supplies
- Provide general staff support in onsite and online tasks and projects
Maximum weekly hours cannot exceed 19.9.
Hourly Pay is $17.00 per hour. |
