Job Description

In Group Space facilitators assist the CSGD professional staff in creating a
more inclusive campus community through the development and implementation of
dynamic campus programming in alignment with the CSGD mission of "striv[ing] to
achieve an inclusive campus climate for students, staff, faculty, and alumni with
marginalized sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions through
education, advocacy, support, mentoring, academic engagement, and providing
space."

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of dynamic programmatic
efforts in line with the Center’s mission.
- Lead and assist with the facilitation of in-group spaces.
- Assist in the development of publicity, coordinate the dissemination of
marketing materials, and ensure all social media is up-to-date.
- Participate in leadership development opportunities as guided by the
Student Affairs Leadership Model.
- Assist with creating a welcoming, and friendly space for all students, staff and
faculty.
Qualifications:
Must be a full-time graduate or undergraduate student.
