We are looking for a Duke graduate student to join a research team studying decision-making, financial burden of cancer care, the impact of mental health on cancer care outcomes and cancer care quality. The student research assistant (RA’s) will assist with study participant recruitment and tracking, institutional review board (IRB) preparation and submission, performing, transcribing and coding qualitative interviews, conducting literature reviews, and developing and data visualization / presentation development for diverse audiences. RAs may also participate in data analyses, developing surveys, and development of manuscripts for publication with co-authorship opportunities available as appropriate. RAs must be available to work 12-19.9 hours per week, preferably with some availability between 8 am-5 pm EST (but not absolutely necessary).
