This position requires the completion of basic office work such as filing, entering information into various computer programs (i.e., Excel), monitoring reports (Qualtrics), event preparation, office reception, as well as other general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is hard-working, pays close attention to detail, completes tasks in a timely manner, and possesses basic office skills. Must have a permanent presence in North Carolina with a hybrid work schedule (in-person/remote). Responsibilities include: Ensure student leaders/staff successfully complete all required Duke Approved Vehicle Driver certifications Track and report financial expenses Assist with staff projects
