Duke University School of Law is looking for students interested in a part-time role of Instructional Technology Support Assistant. This role will provide Tier-1 technical support over-the-phone as well as in-person assistance regarding all law school classroom technology issues. Responsibilities include: performing daily maintenance checks; keeping updated records of inventory; and troubleshooting, logging, and tracking equipment issues as they arise. Customer Service skills are essential to this role as you will be working with faculty, staff, and students with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Upon hire, technical training on specific classroom equipment will be provided (prior knowledge of classroom systems is not required). This is a flexible part-time position that will work around your scheduled class times during the week with occasional weekend hours depending on scheduled events.
