The Seminar & Event Support Assistant position reports to the Chemistry Program Coordinator. The main objective of these positions is to provide support for Chemistry's weekly seminar series and other programmatic events. Duties include. - Assisting with seminar room set-up
- Set up and take down seminar snacks and beverages
- Assiting with seminar IT and/or Zoom set-ups
- Assist seminar host or Program Coordinator with miscellaneous tasks on the seminar day.
- Small administrative projects as assigned by the Program Coordinator
Seminars are regularly held on Tuesdays at noon, but other opportunities will be available to assist with other Chemistry events throughout the semester. |
