Assist with the coordination of day-to-day operations in the Campus Center (Brodhead Center, Bryan Center, Penn Pavilion, Plaza, and Student Wellness) providing quality customer service to clients (student, departmental, and exterior) and participants. Serve as a CES liaison for customers, guests, students, faculty, and staff for the Campus Center. One major component is the handling of events that are being held in the Campus Center. Assist with the logistics of CES supported events including, but not limited to : room and basic audio-visual set-up and room set-ups and changes based on the event need. Ensuring that the reserved space arrangements meet client expectations. Checking cleanliness, as well as equipment, and set-up requirements prior to each event. Provide telephone and email support to the Conference and Event Services team. Other duties as assigned. |
