Do you have experience with video production? Are you familiar with the basic gear necessary to support recording of video and audio? If so, you could be learning even more about this and provide support to your peers at Duke’s Cinematic Arts Equipment Cage located in the Rubenstein Arts Center. “The Cage” has paid openings for assistants who can work throughout the week, depending on your available hours. The Cage is open Mondays – Fridays 10AM-5:30PM. Necessary training will be provided for this forward facing position, dealing with our clients, the Duke student community engaged in Cinematic Arts classes. Work Study students are encouraged to consider! The need is immediate, and for the full Fall ’24 term. Our assistants often end up working with us term after term, so the opportunity for the right candidate(s) is potentially beyond the immediate. If you are interested, motivated and available, please submit your resume, and a note of interest indicating your previous experience with video production and gear to: douglas.herbert@duke.edu https://cinematicarts.duke.edu/equipment |
